Hybrid Construction was contracted to perform a full house remodel in Odessa, FL. The work included a full kitchen remodel with layout reconfiguration and thickened edge quartz countertops, a full master bathroom remodel with large shower addition, fireplace renovation, new flooring, interior painting, extensive electrical work, skylight addition, and roof replacement. Hybrid also coordinated the planning and permitting with an Architect. The project was a 203K loan remodel and took about 4 months to complete.
